At Gossamer Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
